Sales, Etc. of Assets Clause Samples

Typically, this clause outlines any required consents, notifications, or limitations on such transactions, and may specify which types of assets or transaction sizes are covered. Its core function is to protect the interests of the other party or stakeholders by preventing unauthorized or potentially harmful asset transfers that could affect the value or stability of the agreement.
