Points of Contacts. Within 10 calendar days of any change, Subrecipient shall notify DPS/TDEM of any change in designated of Subrecipient Agents as submitted during the execution of this agreement, and any subsequent changes submitted by Subrecipient. In the event a Subrecipient hires a consultant to assist them with managing its Public Assistance grants, they must be listed on the Designated Subrecipient Agent Form. TDEM will direct all correspondence to the Subrecipient but will cc: the consultant on all email exchanges. The Subrecipient will be responsible for sharing written communications with the consultant. The Subrecipient will remain the primary point of contact and must be included in all decision making activities.

When there is a change in Point of Contact the participating organization will notify all other Points of Contact of the change.
