Common use of Policies and Standards Clause in Contracts

Policies and Standards. DPH will establish policies and standards (respectively, "Policies and Standards") that will govern DPH's and Participant's activity on the Exchange, and these Policies and Standards will be made available. These Policies and Standards will govern DPH and Participant use of the Exchange and the use, submission, transfer, access, privacy and security of Data.
