Common use of Policies & Procedures Clause in Contracts

Policies & Procedures. As an employee of the Company, you agree to abide by all of the policies and procedures in effect for the Company, including (without limitation) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policy, the code of ethics and the employee handbook, as well as the Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement between you and the Company of even effective date herewith (the “Confidentiality Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated herein by reference).
