POLICY TERMINATION. This Policy may only be terminated with respect to the issuance of new certificates. Either We or the Policyholder may terminate this Policy upon giving at least 31 days written notice to the other. We will not terminate this Policy prior to the end of the first year following the Policy Effective Date. Clerical Error. Clerical error will not void any certificate issued under this Policy which is otherwise validly in force, nor will it keep in force any certificate that otherwise would end.

POLICY TERMINATION. This Policy shall be terminated in any one of the following circumstances: a. All coverage under this Policy will be terminated when any premium pertaining to the Policy is not paid at the end of the Grace Period and termination shall be deemed effective as from the relevant due date for payment of premium; or b. Upon the death of the Insured Person; or c. Upon the payment of 100% of benefits as provided for Personal Accident under Section 4 of this Policy; or d. The Policy Expiry Date; or ▇. the date the Insured Person returns permanently to Hong Kong after completion or interruption of his/her education at the OEI; or f. The individual coverage of the Insured Person under this Policy will be terminated on the next premium due date following attainment of seventy (70) years of age.

POLICY TERMINATION. REFUNDS: The Reinsurer will refund any unearned reinsurance premiums. In addition, the Owner may terminate this policy by sending us a written request. We will refund any premium paid for the period beyond the effective date of the termination.

If you’re still working 30 or more hours a week after this policy’s termination date, you can request to continue total disability coverage under this renewal option. If you renew your policy after the termination date, you can receive benefits for up to two years if you become totally disabled before age 75. If your total disability begins after age 75, the maximum benefit period is one year.

POLICY TERMINATION. In the event that the Master Servicer receives notice of any Policy Termination Event, the Master Servicer shall provide written notice of such Policy Termination Event to the Trustee and the Rating Agencies and redress such Policy Termination Event in accordance with the Servicing Standard. Any legal fees incurred in connection with a resolution of a Policy Termination Event shall be paid by the Master Servicer and shall be reimbursable to it from the Mortgagor or other responsible party, and if not recoverable, then from the Trust as an Additional Trust Expense.
