Pollution means: 9.21.1 the actual, alleged or threatened discharge, seepage, migration, dispersal, release or escape of pollutants at any time; 9.21.2 any cost, expense, claim or suit arising out of any request, demand or order as a result of actual, alleged or threatened discharge, seepage, migration, dispersal, release or escape of pollutants at any time that the insured or any other insured party test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify, or neutralise or in any way respond to, or assess the effects of pollutants.
