Polygraph Machine Clause Samples

The Polygraph Machine clause establishes the terms under which a polygraph (lie detector) test may be used in relation to the agreement or the parties involved. Typically, this clause outlines when and how a polygraph examination can be requested, who may administer the test, and the consequences of refusing or failing the test. For example, it may specify that a party suspected of dishonesty regarding a material issue must submit to a polygraph test conducted by a mutually agreed-upon examiner. The core function of this clause is to provide a mechanism for verifying truthfulness and resolving disputes about honesty, thereby helping to deter fraud or misrepresentation.
