Common use of Position and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if electedappointed, as an officer and and, if elected, as a director of any other subsidiary or affiliate of the BankCompany. Failure to reelect reappoint Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer Chairman of the Bank and Board of the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect reappoint Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer Chairman of the Board without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and (the Company"Executive Position"). During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief to the Executive Officer Position without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement (except for any termination for Cause, as defined herein) shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

During the period term of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and in the position of Chief Executive Officer (the "Office") of the Bank and the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer to the Office set forth in this section in accordance with the terms of Section 2(a) without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement Agreement, shall constitute a breach an Event of this Agreement.Termination

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement Agreement, shall constitute a breach an Event of this AgreementTermination.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure The Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. Any failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to continue to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and (the Company“Executive Position”). During said period, Executive also agrees to continue to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief to Executive Officer Position without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement (except for any termination for Cause, as defined herein) shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if electedelected or appointed, as an officer and or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company or the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer to any of the foregoing offices without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Company and President and Chief Executive Officer of the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as a director of the Company and/or the Bank, and/or as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this AgreementCompany.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Lending Officer of the Bank and the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the BankCompany. Failure to reelect or reappoint Executive as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Lending Officer without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as a Director and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement Agreement, shall constitute a breach an Event of this AgreementTermination.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the BankBank or the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer to the Office set forth in this section in accordance with the terms of Section 2(a) without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement Agreement, shall constitute a breach an Event of this AgreementTermination.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Bank, the Company, and of any subsidiary or affiliate of the BankEmployer. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Secretary without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement (except for any termination for Cause, as defined herein) shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief to Executive Officer Position without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement (except for any termination for Cause, as defined herein) shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Financial Officer without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chairman of the Board/Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the CompanyBank. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chairman of the Board/Chief Executive Officer without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and (the Company"Executive Position"). During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief to Executive Officer Position without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement (except for any termination for Cause, as defined herein) shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, the Executive agrees to serve as President and President, Chief Executive Officer Officer, and as a Director of the Bank and the CompanyEmployer. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the BankEmployer. Failure to reelect Executive as President and President, Chief Executive Officer of the Employer, or failure to reappoint Executive as a Director of the Bank or nominate the Executive as a Director of the Company, without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors, of the Bank and the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as the President and Chief Executive Officer Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors, of the Bank and the Company without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Operating Officer of the Bank and President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer without Bank or the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this AgreementCompany.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer ________________ of the Bank and the Company. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Failure to reelect Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer __________________ without the consent of the Executive during the term of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
