Common use of Position and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. The Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and or director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as ____________________________ of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, serve as an officer and director a member of the Holding Company or any subsidiary Board of Directors of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as of the BankBank (the “Executive Position”). Executive shall render administrative and be responsible for the overall management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank’s functions, and shall be responsible for establishing the business objectives, policies and strategic plan in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”).

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, the Executive agrees to serve as President of Bank and, if the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the BankBank or Company.

Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, elected as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees shall be nominated and elected and or appointed to serve as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President of the Bank. The Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank. Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, and as of the date hereof, Executive shall be elected to the Board of Directors of the Bank and the Company.

During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, serve as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the BankBank or the Company, if elected.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees shall be nominated and elected to serve as a director of the Bank and shall be appointed the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Secretary of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

During The Bank shall employ Executive, and Executive agrees to serve, until December 31, 2014 as President and Chief Operating Officer of the period Bank, and for the remainder of his employment hereunder, as President and Chief Executive agrees to serve as Officer of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacitycapacities to such positions. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company Company, or any direct or indirect subsidiary of the BankHolding Company.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunderThe Bank shall employ Executive, and Executive agrees to serve serve, as of the Bank[TITLE]. Executive and shall carry out and render administrative and management services to the Bank such services as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive and professional capacity. During said periodThe Executive shall also perform such other related duties as he may from time to time be reasonably directed, including, but not limited to performing duties for the Bank or for any of its present or future subsidiaries. The Executive also agrees shall report to serve, if elected, as an officer and director the Board of the Holding Company or any subsidiary Directors of the Bank.

Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the BankBank and the Company. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank and the Company such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or and any subsidiary of the BankBank or the Company.

The Bank shall provide Executive, at his principal place of employment, with support services and facilities suitable to his position with the Bank and necessary or appropriate in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Chief Operating Officer and President of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Manager Corporate/Retail Administration of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary of the Bank.
