Common use of Position and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve the Company, and the Company shall employ Executive, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and in such other senior corporate executive capacities consistent with such position as may be specified from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”).

Position and Responsibilities. Position and Responsibilities. Position and Responsibilities. During the period of his employment hereunderhis/her employment, the Executive agrees to will serve as (title) of the Company, and will perform such other managerial duties which the Company shall employ Executive, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and in such other senior corporate executive capacities consistent with such position as may be specified decide to assign him from time to time by commensurate with his title and position. The Executive will perform these duties for the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). During the period of his employment hereunder, Chief Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“ChairmanOfficer”).

Position and Responsibilities. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”Officer").

During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”)feels is appropriate.

The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Executive shall observe and comply with all of the Company (“Chairman”)Company’s Policies and Procedures, which may change from time to time, including, but limited to, the Employee Handbook and other onboarding documents.

Position and Responsibilities. During the period Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Chairman of his the Board. Executive will take direction from, and report to the CEO, subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Company's general policies and practices governing employment hereunder, in force from time to time. During the period of his employment hereunderunder this Agreement, Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive also presently serves agrees to serve, for the period for which he is and shall from time to time be elected, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Chairman”)and as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
