Common use of Position and Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Position and Responsibility. During the period of employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Chief Compliance Officer of both the Bank and the Holding Company or in such other position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the Holding Company may designate. Executive shall render administrative and management services to each entity such as are customarily performed by persons in a similar executive capacity. Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an Officer and/or Director of any subsidiary of the Bank or the Holding Company.
