We offer You the option to purchase Backup Power for Your VOIP service that will enable You to make a 911 call during a power outage for a limited amount of time. If You would like to purchase Backup Power for the first time, or to replace an existing Backup Power solution, please email ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or call Our Customer Support number to request a Backup Power solution. Upon receipt of Your request, We will provide an estimate of the cost to provide You with a Backup Power solution that will provide 24 hours of backup power for Your VOIP device and the Provider Equipment at Your location. Once purchased, the Backup Power solution will be Your property and You will be responsible for the operation and servicing of the Backup Power solution; We will not service, or otherwise be responsible for, the Backup Power solution. The proper usage and storage conditions, as well as self-testing and self-monitoring instructions, will depend on the specifics of the Backup Power solution We develop for You and will be provided to You upon delivery of the Backup Power solution. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO ANY BACKUP POWER SOLUTION.
