Power Saws Clause Samples

The 'Power Saws' clause sets out specific requirements and safety protocols for the use of power saws on a worksite. It typically outlines who is authorized to operate such equipment, mandates the use of protective gear, and may require regular maintenance checks or training for operators. By establishing clear rules for the handling and operation of power saws, this clause aims to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries, ensuring a safer working environment.
