Power Transformers. The generator step up transformers of the Plant shall be rated for maximum duty. They shall be fitted with on load tap changers with a tapping range such as to permit maximum export with the generator at rated voltage and 0.85 lagging power factor, with KPLC's System operating at a voltage of 220kV.
