Practices and Games. ● All highschool and junior high cheerleaders must attend and help with Mini Cheer Camp at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ High School. This is typically held during the school year and performed at a pep rally and during the 1st home game. ● Cheerleaders must arrive at games 45 minutes before kickoff/tipoff. ● Only cheerleaders, mascots and coaches will attend practice sessions (Parents may observe practice any time they wish, but are expected to observe only and not interfere with cheerleader and/or sponsor duties.) ● Squads will have one scheduled practice each week, and will have a game day pep rally run through prior to school on each game day. All practices are mandatory, and unexcused absences will be subject to reprimand. Additional practices may be added when needed. ● During football season, cheerleaders will be expected to cheer at the following scheduled games ● Any Varsity or JH high home and away games ● During basketball season, cheerleaders will be expected to cheer at the following scheduled games ● Any home game where Varsity girls and boys will play ● All district/post-district games (home & away) where Varsity girls and boys will play ● JH cheerleaders will cheer at any home games where JH girls and boys will play ● This is a commitment that you are making, attendance is expected at all practices and events. ● Varsity Practices will be held Monday night from 6:30-8:30 (during football season) o If two or more squad members, or sponsors cannot attend a Monday practice, practices will be held on Sunday evening from 4:00-6:00.

Every effort will be made to provide advance notice regarding practice schedule changes. A practice that has been rescheduled is not optional unless specifically referenced as such by the coach. Siblings may not come to practice unless accompanied by a parent. ● Excused Absences: The ONLY excused absences are those due to illness, injury, medical appointments, death in the family or academic conflicts. In the event of a medical appointment we ask that every effort is made to schedule these appointments around team events and not in conflict with them. Injured players are strongly encouraged to attend practice to observe and participate in whatever way possible. Please contact the coach 48 hours in advance of any excused absence. ● Unexcused Absences: Parents/Players must call their coaches promptly if they will miss a game or practice. If a reason is not provided for the player’s absence in advance (whether or not it is an excused absence as defined above), the absence will be considered unexcused. Players must attend at least one practice a week, or face reduced playing time (that sport’s required minimum). Consistent, unexcused absences will result in a game suspension and could result in further action at the discretion of the AD and school administration (see Chain of Communication).

As a member of a team, it is important to have athletes follow these rules: All student-athletes will be required to follow the discipline plan. Some examples of offenses include: talking while the coach is talking, displaying a negative attitude or behavior to the coach or another teammate, deliberate misuse of equipment, not following instructions, and any other conduct that violates school and district policy. The following actions will take place of one of these problems occur: 1st offense: verbal warning from coach 2nd offense: athlete will sit out of practice 3rd offense: athlete will contact parent with the coach present and will have one week probation (while on probation, it is required that the athlete be at all practices , but will not be allowed to play in the next game) 4th offense: athlete will contact parent with the coach present and be picked up immediately, and will be removed from the team, effective immediately If a student is ill or knows she/he will be absent from a game or practice, she/he must have a parent note explaining the reason for the absence. If an absence is unforeseen, the athlete must bring a note on the date she/he returns, which is signed by the parents. If an athlete leaves school during the day, she must leave word at the office of the absence, and ask that they notify the coach. No student will be allowed to leave an athletic competition without being signed out by a responsible party. Students should check in with coach before leaving with their parent.

Practices and Games. 1. TEAM agrees to assist SPONSOR, when present, in securing a location to take video and/or photos at practices and games. 2. TEAM agrees that at SPONSOR’s request, they shall provide video documentation of certain games.

  • Policies and Practices The employment relationship between the Parties shall be governed by this Agreement and the policies and practices established by the Company and the Board of Directors (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”). In the event that the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s policies or practices or the Company’s Employee Handbook, this Agreement shall control.

  • Personnel Practices Section 1. The parties agree to establish a Labor-Management Committee to consult on personnel practices. The Committee will consist of five (5) representatives selected by the County and five (5) representatives by the SEIU Local 721. The Chief Executive Officer will designate a representative from CEO/Employee Relations and Department of Human Resources who have authority to resolve issues. The Committee will meet quarterly and consult on County-wide personnel practices including, but not limited to, performance evaluations, appraisals of promotability, grievance, arbitration, appeal processes, and resolution and payment of awards. Section 2. Dignity and Professionalism in the Workplace 1. The Union and Management are committed to working together to ensure a healthy and professional work environment free from emotional and psychological abuse and intimidation and to promote dignity for all workforce members. 2. The Union and Management agree to work together to develop a training program open to managers and SEIU Local 721 represented employees through the Workforce Development Program, the Million Dollar Training Fund and/or other sources of funding designated to promote dignity, prevent and reduce intimidation and other forms of emotional and psychological abuse in the workplace and create awareness of its negative impact. 3. Labor and Management are committed to working together to address complaints of intimidation and other forms of emotional and psychological abuse in the workplace in a timely manner. 4. The County Department of Human Resources is committed to working with the Union to develop policy to promote dignity and respect at the workplace and to prevent intimidation and other forms of emotional and psychological abuse in the workplace. Section 3. Communication through County E-mail Recognizing that e-mail is a standard medium of business communication, the County will meet with representatives of the Union to consider the feasibility of communication with bargaining unit members through their County e-mail addresses. This workgroup will complete its work within 60 days of the Board of Supervisors’ approval of the MOU. The workgroup will present recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for any policy changes. Section 4. Education Based Discipline Education-Based Discipline (EBD) is offered when an employee must serve a suspension from duty as a result of some type of policy violation, but rather than serving the suspension days at home with a loss of pay, some or all of those days can be substituted for a relevant training class or classes. Participation in the program is voluntary for the employee. The Personnel Practices Committee defined in Section 1 will meet to discuss expansion of EBD to all departments in the County.

  • Data Practices Supplier and Sourcewell acknowledge Sourcewell is subject to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13. As it applies to all data created and maintained in performance of this Agreement, Supplier may be subject to the requirements of this chapter.

  • Accounting Practices All matters concerning this FuturesAccess Fund’s accounting practices shall be determined by the Sponsor on a fair and equitable basis, and all such determinations shall be final and conclusive as to all Investors. However, the Sponsor shall be under no obligation whatsoever to make any deviations from the allocations set forth in this Article II. In reporting Net Asset Values to Investors and third parties on an interim basis, the Sponsor shall be entitled to accrue fees and payments due at the end of a period as if such fees or payments were due (on a pro rata basis, if appropriate) as of the end of an interim period within such period.

  • Financial Accounting Practices Borrower shall make and keep books, records and accounts which, in reasonable detail, accurately and fairly reflect its transactions and dispositions of its assets and maintain a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurances that (a) transactions are executed in accordance with management's general or specific authorization, (b) transactions are recorded as necessary (i) to permit preparation of financial statements in conformity with GAAP and (ii) to maintain accountability for assets, (c) access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management's general or specific authorization and (d) the recorded accountability for assets is compared with the existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences.
