PRACTISING CERTIFICATES. 18.1. The Employer shall reimburse employees for the cost of renewing their New Zealand Nursing Council practicing certificates where the certificates are applicable to the job being performed upon receipt of an Expense Claim form. 18.2. The Employer shall provide reasonable paid leave for Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to undertake the professional development hours that are required to maintain the employee’s practicing certificate, in accordance with the guidelines of the NZ Nursing Council.
