Pre-Build Activities. Upon written notice from CLIENT (a “Pre-Build Notice”), LONZA and CLIENT shall undertake planning and other activities in accordance with Exhibit 9.4.1 (“Pre-Build Activities”) in preparation for the construction and establishment of a potential purpose-built facility for the manufacture of Products (the “Purpose-Built Facility”).
