Preamble and Effective Date. This Agreement, effective on December 11, 2003 ("Effective Date"), is between Amdocs Software Systems Limited, an Irish corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier" or "Amdocs"), and SBC Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as "SBC"), each of which may be referred to in the singular as "Party" or in the plural as "Parties."
