Precedence of Contract Documents. (a) If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any Services Agreement, the terms of the Services Agreement will prevail, because the parties agree it is important that flexibility be preserved to enable the needs of any particular Housing or Housing Services supply or transaction to be met. (b) The Contract Documents will otherwise have the order of precedence set out in the relevant Services Agreement.
