Common use of Preceptor Provision Clause in Contracts

Preceptor Provision. Nurses who successfully complete the Employer’s training program, and maintain competency, and who are designated and assigned as preceptors, will be paid one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour premium for such duty during each shift the nurse is so assigned. Continued participation as a preceptor will be based on evaluations of preceptors, as assessed by the Employer.
