Preliminary Step. Solution of Potential Grievance Prior to the utilization of the grievance procedure, the employee must discuss any problem in an informal conference with his/her immediate supervisor and/or responsible administrator. This shall be arranged by the supervisor and/or the responsible administrator at a mutually convenient time. Other persons may be present at the request of the employee.
