Common use of Preparation and Planning Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Planning. (1) plans with definite purposes and clear objectives in mind; (2) develops long term, short term, and daily objectives which provide a variety of learning experiences; (3) plans for individual differences; (4) utilizes appropriate material and personnel resources; (5) creates a physical setting that contributes to learning; (6) provides plans and clear direction for substitute teachers.
