Common use of Preparation / Submission of Tender Clause in Contracts

Preparation / Submission of Tender. 12.1. The Tenderer will submit their respective bids in a manner explained in this tender document. 12.2. The Tender and all documents relating to the Tender, exchanged between the Tenderer and the Purchaser, shall be in English. 12.3. Proposal shall comprise the following: 12.3.1. Proposal Form (Annexure-B) 12.3.2. Undertaking (All terms & conditions and qualifications listed anywhere in this tender document have been satisfactorily vetted) and Affidavit (Integrity Pact) (Annexure-F&G) 12.3.3. Covering letter duly signed and stamped by authorized representative. (Annexure- D) 12.3.4. Undertaking and Evidence that the quoted Goods are genuine, brand new, non- refurbished, un-altered in any way, of the most recent / current model, imported through proper channel, and incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials. 12.3.5. Details of Warranty and After-Sale Service (If Any) 12.3.6. Submission of undertaking on legal valid and attested stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted by any of Provincial or Federal Government Department, Agency, Organization or autonomous body or Private Sector Organization anywhere in Pakistan.
