Preselection. The installation target for Preselection is 15 Business Days calculated from the date of written acceptance by us of the Application for Service. No outage or installation rebates apply to the Preselection service. The installation target for Carrier Override Code is 5 Business Days calculated from the date of written acceptance by us of the Application for Service. No outage or installation rebates apply to the Carrier Override Code service.

Preselection. You expressly acknowledge and agree that it may be a condition of some Plans or Services (or parts of a Plan or Service) that you maintain Preselection in favour of us in respect of certain call types and Services that we may notify you of from time to time. If you choose a carrier other than the default provider (Engin) to make long distance calls, Engin will charge you a monthly fee (see Schedule of Fees and Charges).

Preselection. Each eligible application will be evaluated on a 100-point scale by two Local Academic Coordinators or Vice-Academic Coordinators from two different Full Partner Institutions. Any evaluator shall report potential conflict of interest prior to the evaluation. The following joint selection criteria will be applied: (a) Academic achievement and potential (adequacy of the academic background, grades and distinctions, participation in research projects, scientific conferences, publications, elevated English language proficiency; 1 to 40) (b) Overall quality of the CV and academic and/or other experience (other academic competences, professional and/or volunteering experience in the area of psychology or related, international experience; 1 to 30) (c) The quality of the cover letter (motivation, adequacy of the professional project) (1 to 20) (d) Recommendation letters (1 to 10) Evaluators will be required to comment on all four criteria using the Application Assessment Form included below. Additionally, in order to ensure high quality of the selection process, 10% of all applications (not less than 10) will be evaluated and discussed with a third evaluator. The Governing Board shall review the final grading and comments, compile a ranking based on average scores. Best candidates will be invited by email to the 3rd phase (interview). The remaining candidates will be notified by email about the panel’s decision and alerted to the appeal procedure. All candidates will be informed by email of preselection outcome and the overall score of their application. These notifications will be sent not later than two months after the closure of the Call for Applications.
