Common use of Presentation of Claim Clause in Contracts

Presentation of Claim. If any Executive or Beneficiary does not believe that he or she has received Termination Benefits to which he or she is entitled, such person (a “Claimant”) must file a written claim with the Bank under the procedures set forth in this Article. The claim must state with particularity the benefit or other determination desired by the Claimant. The claim must be accompanied with sufficient supporting documentation for the benefit or other determination requested by the Claimant.
