Common use of Presentation of Claim Clause in Contracts

Presentation of Claim. Any Participant or Beneficiary of a deceased Participant may deliver to the Trustee a written claim for a determination as to the amount or form of the benefits distributable to such Claimant from the Arrangements. A claim must be made within one year following the date on which the event that caused the claim to arise occurred. The claim must state with particularity the determination desired by the Claimant.
