Presentations and Meetings. The frequency and locations of presentations and meetings will be identified in each Task Order.
Presentations and Meetings. (a) Once in every Financial Year and commencing with the first complete Financial Year commencing after the Control Date, upon the request of the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Lenders), the Parent shall (upon reasonable notice) give a presentation to the Finance Parties about the ongoing business and financial performance of the Group. (b) While no Event of Default is continuing, and in addition to any other requirement under this Agreement including under paragraph (c) of this Clause 22.5, the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Lenders) may, upon not less than 10 Business Days’ prior written notice to the Parent, request a call or meeting with the chief executive officer, chief financial officer or other senior management attending by way of telephone participation or video (as the case may be) to discuss the ongoing business and financial performance of the Group. No request under this paragraph (b) may be made on more than two (2) occasions in any Financial Year. (c) While an Event of Default is continuing, the Agent may, upon not less than 3 Business Days’ prior written notice to the Parent, request a presentation about the ongoing business and financial performance of the Group from the chief executive officer and the chief financial officer of the Group. There shall be no limit on the number of presentations which may be requested under this paragraph (c).

Presentations and Meetings. (a) The Company will invite the Lenders to all public calls held for holders of any of the Notes and give the Lenders reasonable notice of such calls. The Parties agree that, prior notice of such public calls posted on an electronic website that is used by the Issuer to communicate to the holders of Notes generally for which the Agent has been, prior to the posting of such notice, informed of the website address and relevant password specifications shall constitute reasonable notice of such public calls for the purpose of this paragraph (a) provided that if the Issuer gives notice to the Senior Note Trustee (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), the Company shall also give notice to the Agent. (b) At least once every Financial Year, during the first six months of such Financial Year, at least one director of the Company or MUL must give a presentation to the Finance Parties about the performance and prospects of the Restricted Group.

  • Meetings and Conferences ‌ From time to time the Government may require attendance at Government conferences and meetings at no additional cost to the Government.

  • Composition and Meetings The Committee shall be comprised of equal number of representatives of the hospital and from the Union. The number of representatives is to be determined locally, and shall consist of at least two representatives from each party. Meetings of the Committee shall be held during normal working hours. Representatives attending such meetings during their regularly-scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. The Hospital shall make typing and other such clerical assistance available as required. Each party shall appoint a co-chair for the Committee. Co-chairs shall chair alternate meetings of the committee and will be jointly responsible for establishing the agenda of the Committee meetings, preparing minutes and writing such correspondence as the Committee may direct. To allow the Labour Adjustment Committee to carry out its mandated role under this Article, the Hospital will provide the Committee with pertinent financial and staffing information and with a copy of any reorganization plans which impact on the bargaining unit. The Committee shall submit its written recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital and the Board of Trustees. Where there is no consensus within the Committee, the individual members of the committee shall be entitled to submit their own recommendations. Any agreement between the Hospital and the Union resulting from the above review concerning the method of implementation will take precedence over the other provisions of this agreement.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.
