Common use of Preventative Measures Clause in Contracts

Preventative Measures. The Employer agrees to offer at no cost to the employee the following preventative measures: Annual Flu Vaccine, TB testing, HIV/hepatitis vaccine and testing (where there is blood borne pathogen exposure). For other contagious/communicable diseases, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union on a case by case basis.
