PRICES AND RATES Sample Clauses
The "Prices and Rates" clause defines the specific amounts to be charged for goods or services under the contract. It typically outlines the pricing structure, such as fixed rates, hourly fees, or unit costs, and may specify when and how adjustments to these rates can occur, for example, in response to changes in scope or market conditions. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial terms, reducing the risk of disputes over payment and helping to manage budget expectations throughout the contract.
