Primary Points of Contact. If a dispute arises, the Spinco Contract Manager and the Service Provider Contract Manager shall consider the dispute for up to 10 business days following receipt of a notice from either party specifying the nature of the dispute, during which time the Spinco Contract Manager and the Service Provider Contract Manager shall meet in person at least once and attempt to resolve the dispute.

Primary Points of Contact. Each party from time to time shall appoint an individual to act as the primary point of operational contact with respect to this Agreement and the Services (each, a “Contract Manager”). The Service Provider Contract Manager and the Spinco Contract Manager shall meet as reasonably requested by the Spinco Contract Manager or the Service Provider Contract Manager to review the parties’ respective performance under this Agreement.
