Prime Evaluator. Revised 2011/12 Each employee shall be advised of the identity of his/her prime evaluator within thirty (30) days of hiring, on or before September 30th of each year and within fifteen (15) working days of any change of the prime evaluator. If an employee holds two positions in the same classification at different sites or holds two positions in different classifications, he/she shall receive an evaluation from their prime evaluator for each position.
