Principal Shareholders. To the knowledge of the Company, none of the directors or executive officers or shareholders of the Company listed under “Principal Shareholders” in the U.S. Prospectus and the Canadian Prospectus is or has been during the past 10 years subject to prior criminal or bankruptcy proceedings in the United States, Canada or elsewhere.

Principal Shareholders. To Except as disclosed in writing to the Representatives, to the knowledge of the Company, after due inquiry, none of the directors or executive officers or shareholders of the Company listed under “"Principal Shareholders” " in the U.S. Prospectus and the Canadian Prospectus is or has ever been during the past 10 years subject to prior criminal or bankruptcy proceedings in the United States, Canada or elsewhere.
