Principal User. Participant agrees to designate a Principal User who will be responsible for accurately collecting and reporting the data elements and complying with the requirements as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and subject to change from time to time. Participant agrees to identify the Principal User to act as the contact person for communications with AACVPR regarding the Registry and the Principal User will promptly respond to reasonable communications and requests from AACVPR related to the Registry. The Principal User will be responsible for training Participant’s staff and verifying that the data has been accurately collected and entered into the Registry. AACVPR will provide training to Principal User.
