Print Heads. The thermal print head warranty is valid only if a ▇▇▇▇▇ approved thermal label media is used, as defined in the ▇▇▇▇▇ list of approved thermal/thermal transfer media in use at the time of the warranty claim, a copy of which is available from ▇▇▇▇▇ upon request. Failure to use ▇▇▇▇▇-approved media voids the thermal print head warranty. Print head warranty, including thermal print head, does not cover print heads that have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs.
Print Heads. 2.1 The first implementations on the 4890 and 4635 will support the customers choice of four or eight print heads. Each of these heads is capable of applying a different color on the same page. At initial launch of the product, the heads will be 1/3". Based on eight heads this will allow a total color print band of 2.5'. This can be applied all in one location, or in eight different locations on the page. Following the launch of the product, print head size will be increased to .85'. Based on eight heads this will allow a total color print band of 6.8". Print head location is fixed on a job basis.

  • Descriptive Headings; Governing Law The descriptive headings of the paragraphs of this Warrant are inserted for convenience only and do not constitute a part of this Warrant. The construction, validity and interpretation of this Warrant will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
