Prior Commitments. Executive hereby warrants and represents that he is free to enter into the Company's employ and that there are no employment contracts or restrictive covenants preventing full performance of Executive's duties hereunder. Executive agrees that he will not disclose to the Company or induce the company to use any trade secrets or other proprietary or confidential information that my have been gained by Executive during any prior employment which he is under a written obligation not to disclose.
