Common use of Prior Commitments Clause in Contracts

Prior Commitments. During his employment with Employer, Employee agrees not to have any other agreements, relationships, or commitments to any other person or entity that conflict with Employee’s obligations to Employer under this Agreement. Employee will not disclose to Employer, or use, or induce Employer to use, any proprietary information or trade secrets of others. Employee represents and warrants that he has returned all property and confidential information belonging to all prior employers.
