Prior to Construction. Ensure that copies of manufacturers’ certification letters including those from others (e.g. consulting engineer, owner, etc.) for any AIS products to be used in the project is in the project file on site prior to installation.

The plan review process does not begin until a complete submittal is submitted to the City. A complete submittal includes the following: 1. Construction plans and specifications that conform to applicable ordinances, standards and Land Use Decision. 2. Storm drainage report that follows the steps outlined in Section 4 of these standards. 3. Sewer calculations.

Full QA permit fee deposit per resolution schedule and Public Works approved cost estimate for public improvements. If any of the items are missing, the submittal will be deemed incomplete and the review will be put on hold pending receipt of the missing documentation; and 6. Any capacity analysis reports and mitigation measures. After public improvement construction plans are approved by the City and prior to construction starting, attend a preconstruction meeting with the City of Madras Public Works Department. A construction schedule is to be submitted by the contractor at the preconstruction meeting along with contact information (including emergency contact phone numbers) provided to the City. The Public Works Department will outline requirements such as work days, hours, haul routes, dust & weed abatement requirements and other conditions for conformance to City Ordinances and policies. All other agency permits and fees (i.e. State, County) are to be gathered and submitted to the City prior to the start of construction.
Prior to Construction. Prior to any operations or construction at the Premises, Tenant must secure the Landlord's written approval of the Final Drawings per Section 2.2 of this Exhibit "C". At least five (5) working days prior to the commencement of construction, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord the following which shall be subject to Landlord's approval:
Prior to Construction. All sediment and erosion control measures will be installed by the contractor. The measures include the following:  Storm drain inlets will be protected.  Large diameter fiber rolls (straw wattles) will be placed around proposed work areas.  Silt fencing will be placed as needed.  A site entrance and exit will be established to avoid track out.  The site will be evaluated for areas that have potential for inadvertent release of fluids (dry and cracked soils) and an inventory of proper drilling fluids and equipment will be on site to deal with the potential problem areas.  Containment areas will be set up for equipment, drilling fluids and cutting refuge. Containment areas consist of some type of plastic sheathing formed with straw ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to form a pit like area.  Spill kits and cleanup materials, as described in Section 4.0.2.4 Spill Kit Equipment, will be available on site prior to any construction activities.  The BMPs, emergency spill kit, and the Frac-Out kit will be staged nearby for immediate spill response.
Prior to Construction. Upon approval of the Developer’s plans for construction of the Lots on the Property, the Developer shall file, subject to the approval of the Municipal Attorney, a performance bond, irrevocable letter of credit or any combination thereof in an amount equal to 120% of the estimate of the cost of all improvements being constructed for the Lots as determined by the Municipal Engineer; said filing of surety shall guarantee that such improvements will be completed by the Developer not later than 12 months from the date the Municipality gives its approval. If a certificate of deposit or certified check is posted as security, the instrument must be negotiable by the Municipality. If a letter of credit is posted as security, the Municipality must be the beneficiary, and the letter of credit shall remain in effect until such time all improvements for the lots are completed pursuant to the provisions of this Section.
Prior to Construction. DISTRICT shall review and provide written comments or approval of the PLANS for construction of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ III BASIN IMPROVEMENTS within ten (10) business days from the receipt thereof from the CITY. In the event that the DISTRICT provides the CITY with comments to the PLANS, the DISTRICT shall review any resubmittals from the CITY within five (5) business days of resubmittal by the PARTIES. The DISTRICT shall review and approve (or provide written comments) on any bid package and/or contract documents within five (5) business days of being provided with the documents by CITY staff. Notwithstanding the preceding, if there are substantive, material changes to the PLANS made by the CITY which require amendment/changes to the ENCROACHMENT PERMIT, the DISTRICT shall have ten (10) business days to review and comment upon the proposed changes to the PLANS. If the DISTRICT does not provide written approval or further comments within the timeframes set forth in this Section, then the CITY may proceed with advertising the bid package or contract award.
Prior to Construction. The Railcars will be existing railcars, which are being extensively modified in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. As and when called for in the Plans and Specifications. Rader will inspect and take necessary steps to repair the ▇▇▇▇ting railcar structures to make them suitable for rebuilding in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. As and when required by the Plans and Specifications, the Railcars will be outfitted with new crossbearers, new sidesill members, rebuilt trucks, new steel framework, new steel walls on both levels, and a glass and steel dome for panoramic viewing. No rim stamp wheels shall be used in the construction of the Railcars. All installed components will be of new materials.
