Common use of Priority Right Clause in Contracts

Priority Right. Party B shall have the synchronous Priority Right to broadcast the Program Resources in the Licensed Area in the mainland of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), i.e., after the Program Resources are broadcast on the InfoNews Channel, Chinese Channel, and Hong Kong Channel, Party B shall have the Priority Right to broadcast the Program Resources in the Licensed Area (ifeng VIP mobile application)
