Privacy Act Notification. The CNA will be subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) and applicable Commission regulations, when conducting AbilityOne Program qualified NPA site visits and/or in the event the CNA has reason to inspect personally identifiable information maintained for AbilityOne Program purposes. In addition, the Act allows the release of some information in the Recipient’s records without the Recipient’s permission; for example, if it is requested by members of Congress or other authorized individuals.
