Private Lessons. All instructors operate as independent contractors and any private lessons conducted in our space are considered separate from Maitland Harmony Yoga, LLC. Maitland Harmony Yoga, LLC will not be responsible for any injury, illness or damage to their person or property in the course of these private lessons. Payment is made directly to instructors in the terms they present. Maitland Harmony Yoga is not responsible for refunds, payments, scheduling or any other details related to a private lesson. Classes are not transferrable to private lessons. PANDEMIC PROTOCOL FOR MEMBERSHIP In the event of county, state or federal restrictions on being in public for 2 weeks or more due to a pandemic, Maitland Harmony Yoga will transfer any memberships into unlimited online memberships. There will be no penalties to resume normal membership after the policies or laws have been lifted for normal public interaction.
