Private Vehicle Damage. Where an employee's vehicle is maliciously damaged as a direct result of the employee being employed by the employer, the employer shall reimburse the employee the cost of any deductible portion of insurance coverage on that vehicle up to one hundred ($100) dollars, provided the employee can provide the employer with copies of a valid Police Report, and an ICBC Claim Statement.
