Privity. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof is intended to confer upon any person/s other than the Parties to this Agreement any rights or remedies hereunder.

Privity. 16.1 Until final completion of the Project, the Subcontractor agrees not to perform any work directly for the Owner or any tenants thereof, or deal directly with the Owner's representatives in connection with the Project, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Contractor. All Work for this Project performed by the Subcontractor shall be processed and handled exclusively through the Contractor.

Privity. Wherever this Agreement is expressed as conferring rights on one or more Spark Affiliates, those rights will be enforceable by each Spark Affiliate under Part 2, Subpart 1 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, provided that those Spark Affiliates will not be entitled to bring proceedings against Supplier except with ▇▇▇▇▇’s written consent.
