Pro-Rating Payments Sample Clauses

Pro-Rating Payments. (a) At the commencement or termination of the Artist's engagement, if the Artist is engaged to perform or rehearse for part of a week, for four (4) days or fewer, the compensation may be pro-rated and the Artist paid one-sixth (1/6) of the weekly contractual fee for each day or part thereof. If the Artist is engaged for more than four (4) days, then the weekly contractual fee must be paid. (b) The Artist’s compensation can be pro-rated, at a rate of one- sixth (1/6), for days worked within pay periods at the start or end of a hiatus period.

  • Pro Rata Payments Payments to the Holders shall be pro rata with other Holders who purchased Notes in the same offering, based on the Principal Amount of each such Note. If a Holder receives a payment in excess of his, her, or its pro rata share, the excess shall be deemed to be held in trust for the benefit of other Holders.

  • Invoicing Payment All invoicing and payment for services performed under this Contract shall be as specified in Attachment B, hereto.

  • Termination Payment The final payment delivered to the Certificateholders on the Termination Date pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 9.01(b).

  • Recurring Payments For subscriptions that renew automatically, Customer authorizes Microsoft to charge Customer’s payment method periodically for each subscription or billing period until the subscription is terminated. By authorizing recurring payments, Customer authorizes Microsoft to process such payments as either electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from the designated bank account (in the case of Automated Clearing House or similar debits), as charges to the designated card account (in the case of credit card or similar payments) (collectively, “Electronic Payments”). If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Microsoft or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable return item, rejection or insufficient funds fee to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and to process any such fees as an Electronic Payment or to invoice Customer for the amount due.

  • Excess Payments If Tenant shall assign this Lease or sublet any part of the Premises for consideration in excess of the pro-rata portion of Rent applicable to the space subject to the assignment or sublet, then Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent 50% of any such excess immediately upon receipt.
