Common use of PROBATIONARY EVALUATIONS Clause in Contracts

PROBATIONARY EVALUATIONS. During the month prior to the completion of an employee’s probation, the employee’s performance will be evaluated. If satisfactory, the employee will be removed from probation at the end of their probation. If the supervisor does not complete an evaluation before the end of an employee’s initial or promotional probationary period, the employee shall be deemed to be performing satisfactory and be taken off probation.
