Probationary Full-Time Clause Samples

The 'Probationary Full-Time' clause defines the status and conditions for employees who are hired on a full-time basis but are subject to an initial probationary period. Probationary Full-Time. Employee means an Employee appointed to a continuing or recurring full-time position who has not yet successfully completed the requirements for being granted regular status in accordance with clause 15.9.
