PROBATIONARY PERFORMANCE REPORTS Clause Samples

The Probationary Performance Reports clause establishes a requirement for evaluating the performance of employees during their probationary period. Typically, this involves supervisors completing formal assessments at set intervals, such as after three or six months of employment, to document the new employee’s progress, strengths, and areas needing improvement. This process ensures that both the employer and employee have a clear understanding of expectations and performance standards, and it provides a structured basis for decisions regarding continued employment or additional support during the probationary phase.
