Problem Resolution. Upon written notification of a classified employee to his/her manager of unsafe working conditions and/or interpersonal conflicts between employees and/or with certificated staff that are of such a nature to cause distress to the employee at his/her workplace, the manager shall take all necessary measures to resolve the unsafe condition and/or conflict between employees within five working days.
