PROCEDURAL AGREEMENT. The Board hereby recognizes the CTA as the exclusive representative for the bargaining unit consisting of all certificated and licensed employees, who do not hold supervisory authority with respect to other certificated and licensed employees, of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Public Schools. The Board agrees not to recognize any other employee organization as the representative of the members of the bargaining unit for the duration of this Agreement. Further, no individual member of the bargaining unit shall negotiate with the Board except through their duly recognized bargaining representative in regular negotiation sessions.
