PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS. The employment contract of a shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is terminated in writing. The term of notice- Term of notice is as agreed in the collective labour agreement unless otherwise provided for in the employment contract. The notice must indicate the reason for termination. The term of notice is not, however, adhered to, nor is the above-mentioned notice re- quired, if the employer is entitled by law to cancel the employment contract or the work has to be fully or partly interrupted because of force majeure.
