Procedure for Appointment. (a) NHIDCL as per the office order has appointed who is working in the capacity of ………………………………. with as the Independent Engineer for the Project for the Construction Period and its services shall continue until the date of COD. (b) The scope of work of the Independent Engineer shall include that set out in Schedule 5.
